Yesterday was day 5, and I didn't take time to post. By time I get to the motel room, I usually have 2 1/2 hours before I want to be in bed. If I get a phone call, it throws me off.
Yesterday we had a fitness trainer come and give a little demonstration and led us through a few exercises. He has a 22-minute workout that doesn't involve weights, but still gives you great strength training. He uses rubber tubing and a flex ball.
Yesterday we made raw hummus, guacamole, and salsa. We made burritos, using kale as our wraps. We also had salad along with that for lunch.
I'm sure I'm not covering 1/3 of what we did, but I can't remember many other details now.
