Just a reminder that Sunday is our PBG Raw Food Group potluck at Loggerhead Park at 3:00 p.m. 

Please remember about the time change.  We will be setting our clocks back 1 hours on Saturday night.  Keep this in mind on Sunday!

Next Raw Food Potluck for PBG Raw Food Group

Our next potluck will be a week from today.  It will be on November 7 at 3:00 p.m. at the Loggerhead Beach Park.  This is located right of U.S. 1, just north of Donald Ross.

Green Smoothie Crusader

I have been telling people about the benefits of drinking green smoothies. I have let them taste them and tell them that even if they make no other changes in their lifestyle, after 30 days, they will feel a difference. This is called the 30-day green smoothie challenge.

I have converted at least 3 people in the last couple of month, and they have had great results. One has dropped weight and reduced his blood glucose numbers. 

All you need is a blender--but a Vita-Mix works so much better.  I've had mine for well over 11 years and it's still going strong.  You can see my review and see all that this miracle super blender can do (like make soft serve ice cream and sorbet, soup, and more!).

It looks like it will be a very small group this time because I know of a few people who can't make it.  

I will wear my bathing suit and go down to the beach after the potluck.  Everybody is welcome to do the same!
