It will be a nice day, so bring or wear your bathing suit to go and enjoy the beach after we eat!

Potluck tomorrow, Sunday March 6
Just a reminder that tomorrow is our monthly raw food potluck at Loggerhead Park.
We will meet at a pavilion (usually near the top right hand side after you fork to the left after passing the gate) at 3:00 p.m.
It may be windy, so bring a light jacket.
Bring raw, organic food. If you need an idea, you can check the many raw food recipe sites online, bring a salad or fruit, or contact Viveca for suggestions.

Updates
First I want to wish you all a happy holiday!
Our next raw food potluck will be January 2 at 3:00 p.m. at the Loggerhead Beach Park.
I want to announce that a new raw food restaurant will be opening up in Palm Beach Gardens. They say it will be open on January 6th. I am hoping for us to meet there one day after that. I will be sending an e-mail around to see if we can all come up on a date. I am so excited about this. It has been a long time coming to have a raw food restaurant on the north part of Palm Beach County!!!!

LA Fitness
I've been working at LA Fitness in Palm Beach Gardens, as a personal trainer, for the past two weeks. It will take time to build up my clientele. But I really love working there.

My News!
On Wednesday I took my certification exam to become a Personal Trainer. I am happy to say that I passed the exam. I am now waiting for my certification to arrive in the mail.
On the 16th I'll be leaving on a road trip to North Carolina to meet my new twin grandsons that were born October 31. A couple days after I return, it will be Thanksgiving. Hopefully, the following Monday, I'll be working at LA Fitness. I'll keep you posted.
