Today we started out by having a demonstration on how to do an enema. This was discussed extensively.
Then we went to the kitchen and prepared energy soup ourselves. We also made a tomato/red pepper salad dressing.
We had lots of lectures today. I had my first hydro-colonic today. It was a long day. We got out going on 6 p.m.
I have to be there at 7:45 in the morning.
